• Present: entry V

   

  I came home from work Friday 04/04, and stuck to my front door -- which I never use -- typical in New England, were two notices of attempted delivery from UPS, from Friday and Thursday.  I could hardly believe my eyes -- the item being delivered is from the British Consulate !!!

  Friday's notice informs me that they will attempt delivery again Monday, 07 April before 10:30 AM.  I've been on pins and needles all weekend, waiting, wondering.  I've arranged to be late for work so I can stay here until it's delivered, and my sons' father will pick them up here and drop them off at school so I can be here.

  The question is whether it's my visa, in record time, or a "reject" notice due to incomplete information, something I can't imagine is possible!    If it is the visa, I can start looking at flights.  If it's "rejection", I have to find out what is involved in rectifying the situation: getting the information needed, do I need to start the whole process over?

  Time will tell.  Stay tuned...
